Presenting the Boston premiere of Steven Sametz’s A Child’s Requiem, an oratorio composed in 2014 as a response to the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School, with texts by Emerson, Dickinson, Sametz, and school children, teachers, and administrators. We are joined by Handel and Haydn Society’s Young Women’s Choir, directed by Alyson Greer.
